It looks like you have a William Uhlinger revolver. These were made in .32 and .22 rimfire in the early to mid-1860's. Of course, they were a violation of S&W's patent. For this reason they are often unmarked. There are several various revolvers which look very similar to each other but go by different names. Most likely made by the same people.
These revolvers were made from 1861 to 1865 by William P. Uhlinger of Philadelphia. Most were unmarked except for the serial number because the revolver was an infringement on a Smith & Wesson patent. This particular example is marked. Several different versions of this revolver were produced in.32,.22 and long cylinder.22.

Barrel is marked J.P. Lower. Lower was an arms dealer in Denver and many “Old West” guns sold by Lower in the Denver bear his marking..
Note: William Uhlinger produced a number of rimfire revolvers, most in .22 caliber, during the 1860s. As they were an infringement on the Rollin White patent owned by Smith & Wesson, who were very active in prosecuting an infringements, Uhlinger marked the guns were various names to avoid prosecution.
